Harbour City Recruitment cover all Office Support roles and we are currently looking for a professional Office Manager for a permanent position, based in Sydney CBD.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will perform Office Manager duties including, reception, facilities, events, and EA duties primarily for the Partners of the business.

Responsibilities:          

  • Report and documentation preparation – typing, collating, editing.
  • Management of schedules, calendars, and appointments
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Management of incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Organising, drafting, and maintaining correspondence, presentations and records
  • Maintains a level of confidentiality when dealing with requests.
  • Expense reconciliation and admin support to the accounts department
  • Organises functions and events.
  • Liaising with joint venture partners and stakeholders at all levels
  • Personal errands
  • Plan and organise office events and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Support executive team members as required with various administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency in InDesign, PowerPoint, and other creative applications
  • Exceptional writing skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • A degree or higher education
  • Experience in a corporate head office
  • Proven experience supporting Senior Executive teams as an EA/PA or Office Manager
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, administration, or related field are preferred but not essential
