Harbour City Recruitment cover all Office Support roles and we are currently looking for a professional Office Manager for a permanent position, based in Sydney CBD.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will perform Office Manager duties including, reception, facilities, events, and EA duties primarily for the Partners of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Report and documentation preparation – typing, collating, editing.
- Management of schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Management of incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Organising, drafting, and maintaining correspondence, presentations and records
- Maintains a level of confidentiality when dealing with requests.
- Expense reconciliation and admin support to the accounts department
- Organises functions and events.
- Liaising with joint venture partners and stakeholders at all levels
- Personal errands
- Plan and organise office events and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
- Support executive team members as required with various administrative tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in InDesign, PowerPoint, and other creative applications
- Exceptional writing skills with meticulous attention to detail
- A degree or higher education
- Experience in a corporate head office
- Proven experience supporting Senior Executive teams as an EA/PA or Office Manager
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Tertiary qualifications in business, administration, or related field are preferred but not essential
